We process personal data where necessary to operate our website, provide user accounts, sell and unlock digital tours and packages, support customers, and keep our services secure and reliable.

- Managing purchases and unlocks (entitlements)

- Processing payments through payment providers

- Payment-related data (primarily processed by the payment provider; we typically do not receive full card numbers)

5. Recipients and service providers
We use carefully selected providers. They may process data on our behalf or as independent controllers (e.g. payment processing):
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, database, hosting functions) — Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA
- RevenueCat (purchase handling, entitlements, app/web purchases) — RevenueCat, Inc., USA
- Paddle (payment processing as merchant of record via RevenueCat Web) — Paddle.com Market Ltd.
- Resend or comparable email provider (transactional emails such as login links)
6. International transfers
Some providers are located in the United States or process data there. Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses where no adequacy decision applies.

7. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law.
Account and purchase data are generally kept for the duration of the customer relationship and beyond only where legally permitted or necessary (e.g. proof of unlocks).
9. Mandatory data
Certain data (especially a valid email address) is required to create an account, complete purchases, and unlock content. Without it, we cannot provide these services.
