These Terms apply to consumers and businesses unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may apply in addition to these Terms.

MyPortDay provides digital, self-guided port-day guides for cruise guests. Purchases grant permanent access to unlocked content (routes, stops, guidance, optional audio) linked to your user account on the website and/or app.

We are not a cruise line, tour operator, or on-site guide. You explore ports at your own responsibility.

Product listings are invitations to order, not binding offers.

By completing checkout you submit a binding order. The contract is formed when we confirm the order or unlock content in your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be collected and remitted by the payment provider acting as merchant of record (e.g. Paddle via RevenueCat).

Payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout. We typically do not store full payment card details.

Current prices: single port pass €7.99; 3-port pack €19.99 — one-time purchases, no subscription.

Purchased content is linked to your account (Firebase Auth, identified by your email) and becomes available after successful payment.

Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use unlocked content. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing without our written consent is prohibited.

We may update or expand content while preserving the essential characteristics of what you purchased.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Port conditions, ship schedules, and local circumstances change — our routes do not replace information from your cruise line or local authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described under applicable law. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other rights that cannot be excluded.

EU/EEA consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy at /en/refund-policy.

For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire if you expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
