Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and statutory withdrawal rights apply to digital purchases of MyPortDay tours and packages sold by LinkEase LLC.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, starting from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement (e.g. by email) to:

3. Digital content exception

If you asked us to begin delivery of digital content before the 14-day period ends and expressly agreed that you lose your withdrawal right once delivery starts, your right of withdrawal expires when we unlock the content in your account.

This follows EU consumer rules for digital content not supplied on a physical medium.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your valid withdrawal or refund request, unless we agree otherwise.

If technical issues prevent unlock after purchase, contact us — we will work to fix access or issue a refund if the service could not be delivered.

Refunds are generally not available for digital content that was successfully unlocked and used, where the withdrawal right has expired or no legal entitlement exists.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
